Joining the Ketu nation’s candomblé percussion with the stylistic freedom of jazz, Alabê KetuJazz is the return of the genre to its African roots, a meeting of the apprentice with his master. The quintet was founded by French percussionist Antoine Olivier and Brazilian saxophonist and composer Glaucus Linx, who has worked with Carlinhos Brown, Elza Soares, Isaac Hayes, Salif Keita and many others.
